A Collaborative Experience
The process begins long before I pick up the camera. I take the time to understand you, your story, and your vision. From wardrobe selection to posing guidance, I’m here to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in front of the lens,
“—so much so that, ideally, the lens and camera disappear altogether.”
My goal is for you to walk away with a collection of portraits that feel as honest and unique as you and our collaboration.
Photography, for me, is a way to connect—with people, with the world, and with the emotions that define us. It’s about crafting something meaningful and timeless. It’s an art form where both you and I leave a part of ourselves in every frame.
My Expertise & Approach
Every project is an evolution—an idea transformed into something tangible through discovery, experience, and intuition. Within the realm of unpredictability, combined with technical expertise, is where the real magic happens.
I first started appreciating photography in high school where I took some courses in photography and how to develop my own film, but it was 24 years ago that I truly dedicated myself to mastering the craft.
I studied the art of portraiture, posing, and lighting, learning from some of the industry’s finest through courses and hands-on experience. Over the years, I have photographed weddings, documentary projects, events, and product photography, but my true passion lies in portraiture.
With over 30 years of post-processing experience, I personally craft each image, ensuring consistency and authenticity rather than outsourcing the work. I also work with both natural light and studio/strobe lighting, shaping each image to tell a compelling story.
